Carl and Tiffany lead the team at Oxford Fashion Studio, the international fashion platform that developed from Oxford Fashion Week, founded by Carl in 2009. The company expanded in 2015 and now produces runway shows in New York, London, Milan and Paris. Carl sets the strategic direction of the business and produces each season’s shows, while Tiffany, as Runway and Campaigns Director, curates the runway and campaign programmes across all four cities. In 2021, Tiffany facilitated the launch of London Fashion Week’s first adaptivewear collection, which featured GB Wheelchair Basketball U25 Women’s European Championships silver medallist Ella Archer.

Tiffany is originally from Witney, Oxfordshire, studied at Oxford Brookes University and lives in London. She serves as a Trustee of the Ice Sports Foundation. Carl grew up in Cornwall, attended high school in Texas and read Jurisprudence at Merton College, Oxford University. He is a Vice President of Oxfordshire Youth and received a Medal of the Order of the British Empire in the King’s New Year Honours List 2024 for services to young people.
