    Oxford Fashion Studio is a global fashion incubator and runway show production company that champions independent designers from around the world. Founded in 2009, it has supported more than 800 designers from 70+ countries, showcasing collections at major fashion weeks in London, New York, Milan and Paris. In London, its long-standing partnership with Devonshire Square has seen its London Fashion Week shows take place in the City of London for over a decade, providing an iconic platform for emerging international talent.

    Driven by a commitment to access and opportunity, Oxford Fashion Studio launched Faduma’s Fellowship in 2021 to support underrepresented creatives, introduced OFS Emerge in 2025 to spotlight the next generation of global designers, and sponsored Kyiv-based designer Karpova to present her collection in London in September 2025—underscoring its dedication to meaningful, purpose-led platform building.

    Oxfordshire Youth is a long-established charity founded in 1947 dedicated to transforming the lives of young people across Oxfordshire by providing support, skills, opportunities and safe spaces where they can thrive. Serving thousands each year, the organisation co-designs and delivers youth work programmes, leadership development, training for youth workers, and services addressing wellbeing, education, housing and community engagement. Through advocacy, partnership and innovation, Oxfordshire Youth empowers young people from diverse backgrounds to build confidence, resilience and positive futures.

    Tiffany and Carl are dedicated supporters of Oxfordshire Youth. Carl served as a trustee from 2011 to 2023, including six years as Chair from 2017 to 2023, and now continues his commitment as a Vice President of the charity. In recognition of his services to young people, Carl was honoured with a Medal of the Order of the British Empire in the King’s New Year Honours List 2024.

    Ice Sports Foundation is a registered charity in England and Wales helping young people aged 16–25 discover the excitement of ice-track sports while building essential life skills. Founded and led by Tony Wallington, the Foundation delivers the Super Sliders programme, blending bobsleigh and skeleton experiences with confidence-building workshops. Current ambassadors - including Olympic skeleton champion Matt Weston - inspire participants to unlock their potential on the track and beyond.

    Tiffany and Carl are supporters of the Ice Sports Foundation, with Tiffany serving as a trustee since April 2024.

Carl and Tiffany lead the team at Oxford Fashion Studio, the international fashion platform that developed from Oxford Fashion Week, founded by Carl in 2009. The company expanded in 2015 and now produces runway shows in New York, London, Milan and Paris. Carl sets the strategic direction of the business and produces each season’s shows, while Tiffany, as Runway and Campaigns Director, curates the runway and campaign programmes across all four cities. In 2021, Tiffany facilitated the launch of London Fashion Week’s first adaptivewear collection, which featured GB Wheelchair Basketball U25 Women’s European Championships silver medallist Ella Archer.

Tiffany is originally from Witney, Oxfordshire, studied at Oxford Brookes University and lives in London. She serves as a Trustee of the Ice Sports Foundation. Carl grew up in Cornwall, attended high school in Texas and studied Law at Oxford University. He is a Vice President of Oxfordshire Youth and received a Medal of the Order of the British Empire in the King’s New Year Honours List 2024 for services to young people.
